| Joseph M. Endrizzi, M.D.
Joseph Endrizzi, M.D. is the senior partner of Uniformed Services Health Professional Placement.
After graduating from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin as a distinguished military graduate, Dr. Endrizzi obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He did his general surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center on Ft. Sam Houston, TX.
Dr. Endrizzi was assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division, Division Artillery as a brigade surgeon stationed in Wurzburg and Bamberg, Germany. Upon completion of his tour in Germany, he completed residency training in urology in the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC). He was then assigned to Darnall Army Community Hospital at Ft. Hood, TX where he was a staff urologist and eventually chief of urology.
Dr. Endrizzi was deployed as a surgeon with the 21st Combat Support Hospital in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and completed a year-long tour in Balad, Iraq. He left the US Army after 13 years on active duty at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Dr. Endrizzi is the senior partner for Uniformed Services Health Professional Placement and serves as a staff urologist in a large multi-specialty group. He is married and has 4 children. He founded USHPP with Mark Lenneville to bring a sense of structure, pertinent information and a reliable resource to military physicians and their families during transition. He brings 13 years of military experience, his knowledge of the civilian workplace, physician job market and his experience as a physician moving from the military to civilian practice family to USHPP.

LTC (RET.) Mark Lenneville
Mark Lenneville is the Managing Partner for Uniformed Services Health Professional Placement.
After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX as a Distinguished Military Graduate, Airborne and Ranger, he served in the 82nd Airborne Division as a Medical Platoon Leader with an Airborne Infantry Battalion and as a Medical Regulating Officer with the 307th Medical Battalion. At the completion of his tour with the Airborne, he served as an Aide-de-Camp, Dental Administrator and Administrator for the Department of Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Following these assignments he was transferred to Ft. Meade where he served for a year as a Medical Company Commander. Walter Reed Army Medical Center was Mark’s next assignment where he served as the Administrator for the Operating Room complex, Anesthesia and Operative Service, Surgical Intensive Care units and Deputy Floor Administrator.
Mark left the active Army and became a hospital administrator with the General Pediatrics Division of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. He also served in the Army Reserves with a General Hospital and was the Commander of a Civil Affairs Company for four years.
Mark then attended Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary (APTS) and became a Minister in the Presbyterian Church. After graduating from APTS with a Master of Divinity he became an Army Reserve Chaplain. He served with a Hospital, Medical and Engineer Group and was an ROTC Instructor/Chaplain. Mark retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 28 years service on active duty and in the reserves.
Before Mark became the Managing Partner of USHPP, he served as a Presbyterian parish pastor and executive. He holds three Master degrees: Master of Business Administration, Master of Theological Studies and Master of Divinity. He attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in residence and has completed the Advanced Courses for the Medical Service Corps and Chaplain branches of the U.S. Army. He is a trained medical logistician. He also has doctoral work in higher education.
Mark is married and has five children and 9 grandchildren. As the managing partner of USHPP, he uses his military, medical administrative and ministerial skills to help military healthcare providers and their families make the transition from military service to civilian healthcare practice.
